These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gsc88 ("gsc88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gsc88 online gaming platform accessible at gsc88.bid, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered thereon. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use gsc88.
1.1 To register and maintain an account with gsc88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
1.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on gsc88. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
1.3 gsc88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents (e.g., MyKad, passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure.
1.4 By submitting a registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
Age verification is mandatory. gsc88 performs KYC (Know Your Customer) checks on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. Underage gambling is a criminal offence. gsc88 cooperates fully with regulatory authorities in relation to any underage gambling inquiry.
2.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gsc88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
2.2 You are liable for all activity conducted through your gsc88 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified gsc88 of a known or suspected unauthorised access and gsc88 has confirmed receipt of such notification.
2.3 You must notify gsc88 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account. gsc88 will investigate all such reports and may, at its discretion, freeze your account pending the outcome of the investigation.
2.4 gsc88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from gsc88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to gsc88 support immediately.
2.5 Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. Account sharing, whether for the purpose of facilitating play by another individual, pooling funds, or any other reason, is prohibited.
3.1 Deposits. All deposits to a gsc88 account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. gsc88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBeBank, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrency wallets.
3.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method verified as belonging to the registered account holder. gsc88 processes approved withdrawal requests as follows:
3.3 gsc88 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all outstanding KYC documentation has been provided and verified.
3.4 Currency. All transactions on gsc88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless an alternative currency has been explicitly enabled for your account. gsc88 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations applied by your payment provider.
3.5 gsc88 does not charge withdrawal fees to players for standard withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are outside gsc88's control.
3.6 Funds held in a gsc88 account do not accrue interest.
4.1 All gsc88 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of its availability. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this Agreement and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
4.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived therefrom) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered across qualifying games.
4.3 gsc88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. This right is exercised in cases of suspected abuse, error, or circumstances beyond gsc88's reasonable control.
4.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credits outside the terms of the relevant promotion.
4.5 Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time unless explicitly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.
5.1 All games available on gsc88 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you accept the rules applicable to that game.

5.4 Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, exploits, or other artificial means is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gsc88 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gsc88 content without express written authorisation.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gsc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the gsc88 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
9.2 gsc88's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from or related to this Agreement or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 gsc88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, connectivity issues, and other technical factors may affect platform availability. gsc88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.1 gsc88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.2 Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, gsc88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money funds deposited by the player, where such forfeiture is permitted under applicable law and proportionate to the nature of the breach.
10.3 You may close your gsc88 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements.
11.1 gsc88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the gsc88 platform.
11.2 Continued use of the gsc88 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 10.3.
